Sandy Blood has traveled this exciting journey with Mike not only as his wife, but business partner. For the past few years she has created the foundation on which their real estate career is founded. As the Director of Operations for the Blood Team Realty Group she is recognized for her expertise in all aspects of the real estate transaction. Sandy has a clear understanding of the real estate process. Her desire to provide her clients, with a stress-free selling or buying experience, is evident by her attention to every detail involved in the real estate process.
As a budding entrepreneur at the age of 16 Mike embarked on what would turn out to be a highly successful and lucrative career as a chef, who eventually turned his talents into a business. As time went by, Mike already having his Real Estate License put it to use and that’s when Sandra and Mike created the Blood Team Realty Group building a solid Real Estate Career together. As the Lead Listing Agent, Mike specializes in working with sellers to properly market and negotiate a win win deal for them. His innate talents for forward thinking, sales, marketing and negotiating is a strong asset to the Blood Team.
As the Blood Team Realty Group's career boomed they knew they needed to expand their team to make it even more dynamic. Missy Fernald, their Buyers Specialist joined the team in 2014 bringing with her 10+ years in business management, strong communication & fierce negotiating skills. Mike and Sandra knew Missy would be dynamite for their team. Proving herself, Missy has already been recognized as the Blood Team Rookie of the year 2015 & Top Producing Sales Agent in 2015 closing out a staggering 22 transactions!
The Blood Team continued to conquer the Real Estate Market, which is when they added another brilliant piece to their team’s puzzle. Kelley Jenkins joined the Blood Team Realty Group in 2015. With active involvement in the community and her 25 year of experience in Sales, Marketing and Management Mike and Sandy knew Kelley would be yet another perfect addition for a Buyer’s Specialist on their team. Kelley’s patience but persistence is visible in every aspect of her job with her clients. She will walk you through the entire process from pre-approval to the closing table while building a forever friendship!
To round out the Blood Team Mike and Sandra needed one more piece, a Director of Marketing. Having someone maintain all their signage and market their clients properties assuring that properties are getting the highest amount of visibility was a key piece to continue shining in the Real Estate market. Elizabeth George was then added to the team. Elizabeth has brought fresh marketing ideas & has been producing top notch print materials which has helped us stand out to buyers and sellers.
